DEPOSITS & FEES
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at booking-per hunt, per day. AR sales tax added to all items.
Gratuities are customary and a matter of a personal preference-gratuities are exempt from sales tax.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation has been made and accepted, you must give us thirty (30) day notice of cancellation in writing or by e-mail if that cancellation will decrease the number of hunters booked per hunt, lodge reservations, or meal reservation-otherwise you will be charged fees according to the original reservation
HUNTING & WEATHER POLICY
Once a hunt has started there will be no refunds for ending the hunt earlier than scheduled. In case of inclement weather it will be at Management's discretion whether or not to offer to re-book your reservation, start the hunt at a later time, or continue the hunt on a subsequent day.
